University students will be back in school tomorrow, eight weeks after academic staff embarked on strike.
The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) today made the announcement to resume work tomorrow, but gave a stern warning to embark on an indefinite industrial action if the government failed to grant its requests.
The announcement says: “The Academic Staff Union of Universities will end its warning strike tomorrow (Monday), 9th of May 2022, as considerations on indefinite strike commence.”
