Nigerians of diverse tribes thronged the streets of Houston, Texas, Saturday in a grand parade to mark this year’s Independence anniversary of Nigeria.
Showing the world the unity and beauty in Nigeria’s diversity, the various tribes danced around the city, taking off from Polk Street, Toyota Centre.

They were accompanied by traditional rulers driven along and were seen blessing the people as they milled around their cars to have a glimpse of them.
The parade was rounded off with a reception where they all prayed for the peace of Nigeria.
