Arsenal Football Club has announced that their manager, Mikel Arteta, has tested positive for Covid for a second time.
The Spaniard first caught the virus in March 2020,prompting the shutdown of the Premier League.
The 39-year-old will miss Arsenal’s New Year’s Day clash with Manchester City at the Emirates Stadium.
