Former Ogun State governor, Senator Ibikunle Amosun, had congratulated the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, on his anticipated victory in the ongoing extraordinary convention of the party, in Abuja.

Though, voting in the election is still underway, Amosun has already taken the social media to offer his congratulations to the former Lagos State governor, who is the frontrunner in the contest, after seven other aspirants, including Amosun, announced that they were stepping down for him.

The post simply reads, “Congratulations Sir.”

He accompanied the post with a photograph of himself shaking with Tinubu in a congratulatory fashion.
