The Director-General of Campaign Stream, Hon Alozie Alozie has commended the President General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, Prof George Obiozor for his stand on restructuring and other issues concerning Ndigbo recently when he was hosted by the Igbo community in Lagos.
Commending the PG of the apex Igbo body, Hon Alozie noted that restructuring of Nigeria should be seen as a more vital project to the Igbos as we approach 2023.
“We can only solve the present challenges facing Ndigbo in Nigeria today through restructuring. The importance of state police cannot be overemphasized”.
“The new leadership of Ohanaeze have shown that they are ready to work for the development of the Igbo nation. Through restructuring, eastern states will not only be secured but we will achieve our full economic potential”.
In a statement released in Umuahia, the Abia State capital, Alozie noted that despite the differences arising from the elections of the new Ohanaeze leadership, all aggrieved parties should come together and support the new leadership for the development of Alaibgo.
On IPOB, Alozie once again appealed to the leadership of the group to present their grievances to the new leadership of Ohanaeze.
“We cannot work separately if we are to achieve success in Igbo land,” he stated.
Alozie added that he would continue to fight for a restructured Nigeria as that would be the only way for Ndigbo to achieve success and fulfil their true potentials in Nigeria.
