A 29-minute First-Half goal by Spain’s Captain Olga Carmona nailed England today in the FIFA Women’s World Cup final played in Australia.
The game, with 13 minutes of additional time, was explosive, but Spain dominated the game. England’s keeper saved a penalty in the second half to keep the hope of her team alive, but several scoring chances were missed.
