The Methodist Bishop of Item Diocese in Abia State, Rt. Rev. Peter Dim, has survived a ghastly accident, which left the Lexus SUV he was travelling in completely wrecked.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the bishop was on his way to Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, on Saturday, for a wedding when the accident occurred.
Aside the driver, it is not known who else was in the vehicle but reports say none of the occupants sustained any serious injury.
The bishop was said to have survived unhurt.
Rejoicing over his escape in a Facebook post, the bishop reportedly wrote, “The devil came to kill and destroy ut .ercy said no. {My} car was completely wrecked, but not even a scratch on me. Indeed, what God cannot do does not exist.
“It can only be the finger of Elohim. To God alone be all the glory. Worthy! Worthy!! Worthy!!! Is The Lamb… Hallelujah.”
