Gunmen have reportedly killed three policemen at their duty post in Onitsha, Anambra State.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the incident happened around 9am on the Ukaegbu/Ezeiweka Road.
Two other policemen were said to have been injured during the attack at a security check point.
Their operation van was also reportedly set ablaze.
The state Police Public Relations Officer, Ikenga Tochukwu, confirmed the incident but said he didn’t have details yet.
