A supermarket in Lagos is reportedly forcing customers to purchase face masks and hand gloves before granting them access.
A customer who visited the supermarket in Ikeja, shared a video of the encounter of some customers with the security guards at the entrance on Twitter.
He wrote, “At @PrinceEbeano supermarket along Isaac John, Ikeja GRA, customers are being asked to buy hand gloves and face masks before they’re allowed into the supermarket. If you refuse to buy, you are denied entry.
“Meanwhile, customers are saying it should be free as a sort of CSR since they are patrons of the supermarket. What’s your take?”
