A suspected Boko Haram suicide bomber has reportedly attacked the University of Maiduguri (UNIMAID) in Borno State.
NewsmakersNG learnt that the attack occurred this morning but the level of damage is not known yet.
This morning’s attack followed an earlier one yesterday when terrorists reportedly fired a rocket-propeled grenade into the main campus of the university.
They subsequently attempted to overrun the university but were repelled by troops after an hour-long gun battle.
