A young woman about to wed met her death in a road accident and was buried yesterday in her bridal gown.
Simply identified as Mary, the fresh graduate of the University of Calabar was on the way to her traditional wedding with her lover on January 28 when they had a car accident that claimed the life of the bride-to-be. Her man survived.
NewsmakersNG learnt through a Facebook post by Fejiro Oliver that Mary was buried in her bridal gown on February 2 that was slated for her white wedding.
Oliver, who appears to know the victim stated in the Facebook post: “Mary is beautiful, with a magnetic smile. She’s with God I know.”
