A Baptist church in the U.S. is changing its outdoor sign after a message on forgiveness was misinterpreted by many as a sexual innuendo.
Bella Villa Baptist Church in Edgewater, Florida had put a message: “Forgiveness is swallowing when you want to spit”, underneath its outdoor signboard, MailOnline reports.
But after receiving several complaints about the suggestive nature of the message, the church has now agreed to replace the signboard.
