The Supreme Court has fixed Wednesday, October 30, to hear the appeal of the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar against the judgment of the presidential election petition tribunal (PEPT).
Atiku and his running mate, Peter Obi, had formally filed 66 grounds of appeal against the judgment.
