A two-storey building under construction in Badagry, Lagos has collapsed, killing four people.
The building located at Flowermill Estate, Magbon area of Badagry, reportedly collapsed at about 1pm today.
NewsmakersNG learnt that five other workers were rescued alive with various degree of injuries.
The National Emergency Management Agency said the injured workers had been taken to Catholic Hospital at Magbon.
The four bodies recovered from the scene have also been deposited at morgue of Badagry General Hospital by the police.
Acting Head of NEMA operations in Lagos, Ibrahim Farinloye, said the families and relations of the victims have been identified.
He added that rescue operations had been concluded at the site.
